How can I amend my order?
If, after successfully ‘checking out’, you still want to change an item or an address, please contact order@soundquake.com right away, or call us on +49 (0) 5232 69910.



Will I be informed about the status of my order
We’ll send confirmation of your order by e-mail.
In 90% of cases, customers within Germany receive their orders within 2 working days.
If articles are not delivered, this means they were unfortunately already out of stock when the order was placed.



How can I order
Please select the items you want and put them in your shopping cart.
Then select “checkout”. The next step enables you either to log straight in or to register as a new user.
You can also log in straight from our customer login on the homepage.

Note: During the “checkout” process, you can also enter a different shipping address.




What happens if a product is unavailable
In general, all items on offer are available.
Items that are unavailable are not shown. Our database is regularly updated.
If an item is not delivered this means that it was unfortunately out of stock when the order was placed.
All other items ordered are unaffected by this and will be delivered to you as requested.
